ST KILDA ADVENTURE PLAYGROUND
This award-winning playground is like no other, with the City of Salisbury undertaking a $3.5 million renewal in 2016 to ensure the adventure stays alive. The playground offers many attractions including a huge castle with slides and a draw bridge, a bouncy boomerang, flying fox, pirate ship, a large Volcano with multiple slides, a basketball court, swings and more. The playground also has toilets, barbecues, a drinking fountain and picnic facilities in addition to ample parking.

The Museum may be one of few in the world that can boast of holding at least one representative example of every principle tram type to have been in service on a city street system for the life of the system. Throughout its 60+ years the Museum has been staffed entirely by volunteers and has relied upon visitor admissions for funding. Major projects are often supported by special donations from Museum members with occasional grants from SA Government museum assistance programs and the Salisbury Council
LEARN MORECLASSIC JETS FIGHTER MUSEUM
South Australia’s leading museum of military aviation where you can sit behind the controls of our Royal Australian Navy Jet Fighter. Closely examine the world’s oldest F4U-1 Corsair US Marine fighter being restored by a group of dedicated volunteers. The Corsair was recovered from a lagoon where it crash landed in 1944. You can also view one of Australia’s first Military drones from the 1960’s and explore our collection of rare military aviation artefacts and displays of conventional, radial and jet aircraft engines. Gift shop and refreshments available. Group and school tours can be arranged.
LEARN MOREST KILDA BOAT CLUB AND MARINA
Featuring a boat ramp and boat channel, the St Kilda Boat Club Marina reinforces the importance of St Kilda as a boating destination and welcomes the boating public to this favourite metropolitan fishing haven. The club's new marina complex incorporates affordable hard stands and marina berths, private boat ramp, secure car park, clubrooms and slipping facilities. Additional features include bar facilities (open on Friday nights and Sundays from 2pm), boating and sailing activities.
LEARN MORECOTA SA CONVERSATION WITH SALISBURY SENIORS
These popular and engaging Conversations commenced in October 2015 under the banner of COTA SA Conversations with Northern Seniors. This initiative began with a collaboration between the City of Salisbury, Northern Collaborative Project (NCP) and COTA SA with an aim to deliver regular ‘conversations’ with seniors that would Provide specialist information on a range of topics that directly impacted on the lives of older people living in the northern region.
